Shipping Locations

Journey Active Wear currently ships only within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • During peak shopping periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders must be placed before noon to qualify for same-day processing.)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order total.

  • Free standard shipping may be available, before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping to California - Compliance with California Laws

  • In accordance with California law, customers will be provided with accurate tax calculations at checkout.

  • We comply with California’s environmental regulations regarding packaging materials. Your order may arrive in recyclable or minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at Mike@journeyactivewear.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, shipping fees may be non-refundable, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
